Fit Texture to Skin?

Hello!

We are wanting to add more and more detail to our BIMx models for the cardboard, so we have been working with the openGDL textures. I had a quick question that would give us a ton of options moving forward. Is there a way to fit a texture to skin, similar to how a fill can be oriented to "Fit to Skin" in the build materials view? I have looked through the surface dialog menu and haven't come across anything.

I'll attach an example of what we would like to accomplish. We want 12"x12" border tiles running around the concrete pavers on this driveway.
