Fly-by error message

Hi people

I am doing some test runs of a fly-by and from time to time (random it seems) I get the error message "Internal cut error #54", then have to click "continue" to continue. Does anyone know what this refers to? It only pops up a couple of times during a 30 frame, 15 second fly-by, but if I set one off overnight (with more frames) I'll be a bit annoyed to find it stuck near the beginning when I come in tomorrow morning.
Rendering 600x460 to LW render window, only at 2 frames per second for tests, and to check speed of pass, to video movie file, eventually to edit various passes together with some still images, in Windows Movie Maker.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

there is an option inside
menu - options - general settings - 3d generation (maybe names differ; I dont have an international version)
there you can switch off the checkbox at "stop calculation, if 3d errors occure"
Its not a problem of lw but of generating the 3d model

this should help

Thanks gerd, that's very helpful to know....

....at least it would be if I could find it. Could you post a screen shot of your version, I might be able to work it out (not that I speak German, but just from location).

Many thanks

Hi s2art,
if you want also to find the problem, I make an offer to test 3D without 3d_vehicle or/and 3d_plants. I had such problem with from 3ds-to-gsm converted objects.
I have ignored all error messeges, saved as ArtLantis file and than on render problematic object(Mercedes A Klasse )) was incorrect.

Thanks for the tip. I find it strange, though, that the message only appears on a couple of frames, when the objects are visible in almost all of them. I'll see what happens.

hi again,

yes, absolutely strange. sometimes it is enough to change the point of view for the camera, next time you have to renew the complet 3d window by showing only a part of the building and then showing the complete model.
like z.bauer tells, the problems are in many cases caused by complex 3d elements like cars and plants.
but I have to say, the problem comes rarely on the screen and if you need only one view to put it into artlantis, its not really a problem.
