To address irregular reflectant materials is an entire essay.
LightWorks will treat the underlying color separate from the overlying wobbly reflection. You'll need a color pattern image - OR use a marble shader at small scale. Only two shaders necessary.
You'll need to create an irregular reflection mask for the mirror effect. It is a fairly advanced function since you'll be drawing a swirly pattern in Photoshop.
Place this into the Reflection Class Wrapped Mirror Map shader.
Third optional shader: A Displacement Map of the tile pattern to bump the surface and edges of the tiles.
