When all glass begun to turn out black, I twitched with some parameters: how can I reset the whole engine to defaults now?
Thanks for your help

got it fixed using the customised settings for Outdoor preset daylight parameters...which isn't exactly fixing it..

There is no 'reset' as such.
Just choose a different rendering scheme and all the settings change.
If you tweak something and you like it remember to save as a new scheme so you can come back to it.
