In the materials settings Internal Engine dialogue you can set the size of your texture to match the size of your wall.
However, an easier way may be to assign the image to the Picture 10 object (sized to suit, and maybe with frame turned off) and place that instead of using a wall. (find it under Decoration in Basic Library / Furnishing)
If you do a search here on the forum you may also find Dwight's Parapict object, which is similar, but responds to alpha channel masks for transparent areas too.
