Hi there,
I'm looking for rendering setting (photorealistic rendering) with Renderer: Redhift.
a) for Daily outside
b) for Daily inside
c) Night outside
d) Night inside
All with lamp and light
ArchiCAD Tutorials only shows the menu and buttons, but no example setting........

Have you had a look in the default Archicad template?
There are many scenes already set up in there.
If you choose 'Show more' you can import and export these scenes.
Barry.

Hi, I think the default templates aren't very good....
Because of that, I ask for user templates..... 😉

Here are some pictures I made with Redshift in Archicad. Settings vary, but I always use a good HDRI for lighting. Sky visibility needs to be unchecked for some reason. Hdri:s can't be rotated... there are many bugs and limitations and GS / Maxon don't seem to prioritize to fix them. But I like having a built in renderer in Archicad so that you don't have to switch programs when working.

Hi there,
I tested new rendering settings (>Att.)
>1. was in Standard settings "Indoor bright" (ugly clouds)
>2. was in custom setting with Redshift (without global lightning)
>3. was in custom setting with CineRender (same settings as with Redshift)
> WHY is the rendering sooooo different ?

Standard render engine and Redshift do not work in the same way, as you noticed. All material settings do not work in Redshift. Same thing with lamps,
My tip is to choose one of the render engines and do test renders, changing one parameter at a time, until you are happy with the result. Make sure you check the "Detailed Settings" checkbox so that you access all settings.
Maybe you should start with getting the lighting right first, then do the materials.
Good luck!

OR nobody uses ArchiCAD Rendering...... !!!!?????

Here is an example, see attached zip. It's render settings for Redshift that I used for the picture below. But the thing is that there isn't ONE good render setting. It depends on your scene. The picture below is a simple scene where I could rely on a HDRI for some good reflections and overall light. In your case it looks like you are trying to render an indoor scene lit only by lamps. For this you need to pay extra attention to the GI settings to avoid artefacts from a bad light calculation.

Hi there, when I use this example;
-HDR picture is missing
-Test with ArchiCAD HDR pictures > my picture is complete black....... I see only very dark shadows.........
