Rendering resolution

I'm trying to create a Photo rendering, 4000 sf house, and cannot get the clarity or resolution for a good quality rendering. I have set the size as small as 8" x 4" but the pixels per inch will not go above 550. Is this to be expected? How can I increase the resolution? Thanks in advance.

I do not think the ppi is your issue... Anyway, I am not sure why you can't increase your ppi as mine caps out at 4048 ppi with a max res of 32767 x 16384, compared to your current 4400 x 2200, but you can just increase your page size or set a custom resolution. Page size is kind of arbitrary and only really a reference for printing requirements.

Any chance you can post an image showing your quality issue?

How big is the file?
There is a 5MB file size limit.

If you do not want to compress it, larger sizes will need to be uploaded elsewhere and linked to.
