to render it in sketch mode.
Did I made myself clear? Like creating a 3D document from a section view.
Thank you.

You can use your heavy marquee tool and cut where you want the section. Select a straight on 3D view of 90 deg to the section cut by the marquee. Sketch render the 3D window. Is this what you are looking for.

kind of, but this way I will have to put all the legends, dimensions and other stuff manually.
I was hopping for something more "fast lane".
well,... if that's the way it is.
Thank you for answering.
Tchau.

It isn't a rendering, but:
The fast lane method is to create the section view or line perspective view as a drawing [or export as 2D lines], then convert all the lines to sketch lines.
If your archicad doesn't have a sketch line in its attributes, create one.
Also, the Cigraph application ArchiSketchy can apply any number of sketchy styles to line drawings within Archicad.

Use the Marquee tool to cut the building along the section line and then view the building in 3D window as a section. From this you then do a rendering using the sketch render.

There is also a possiblity as the one Dwight suggested but :
1- Save your section as dwg.
2- Import the dwg as an object (open object ) _it will be then imported as a 3d entity
3- the dwg can then be rendered using the sketch mode
