Can someone tell me what program they use to animate the buildings like that?
Thank you.

Nothing in those scenes couldn't be done in Artlantis based in an Archicad model. Any element can be transformed into an object to be rotated or moved during a sequence.
What's amazing is that the EDITING and CHOREOGRAPHY of the work is supremely well-timed and organized - not a stupid "walkthrough' that we've been sold as a way [a lie] to explore and explain a project.

This work is amazing not because of the software but because of meticulous and time consuming planning, storyboarding and execution that exceeds the skill and training of designers.

Shakespeare knew this:

Hamlet [whack-job arrogant architect]:
You should not have believ'd me, for Archicad virtue cannot so
model modern buildings but we yet relish 3D views. I lov'd them totally.
Ophelia [beloved, patient and co-dependent assistant]:
I was the more deceiv'd by a plan view only.
Hamlet:
Get thee to a filmschool: why woulds't thou be a maker of
extensive, boring, nausea-enducing and lousy walk throughs?

How would you do the fabric movement? Not the drapes opening but the billow, swag and recoil? I think that was the most impressive thing I saw.

Dwight,

You disappoint me. I thought you'd point me to a chapter in your book on how to do that

At least we, in the modest Archiclantis world, can make drapes that don't look like cast concrete.
