After many efforts, the problem is with the values of ri and ro.
Whith ri 0,45 and ro 0,90 there is problem.
Whith ri 0,45 and ro 0,80 there is problem
Whith ri 0,45 and ro 0,75 no problem.
See the example.
Better when ri=ro.
