Sun Setting in VR Object

I want to make a VR Object and have the sun in the same position relative to the different elevations. The sun would "follow" the viewer.

I think I remember doing this in the past, but can't seem to find the setting.
Did I remember incorrectly?

In the Camera/VR Settings palette there is a check box for "Sun moves with Viewer" in the same panel as the sun angle settings.
