I wish to return to AC 12 swing door option or add option to model view that ( use door /win swing proprieties)

What version of Archicad are you using now?
As far as I know this was a problem with the version 13 library.
But in 14 and 15 I think they have added options so that the MVO can be used for global settings or individual objects can over-ride these settings and can be adjusted separately.
