Multiple Unit (Secondary) Dimensions must be LIVE to be BIM

For years, Archicad has had the ability to display a text block containing the conversion of a dimension in different units... allowing both metric and imperial values to be displayed within the same project:

But, ridiculously, this simply places a text block.. and is not live, so changing the project will not change the secondary dimension value.  This is obviously so not-BIM and a total exposure to errors and omissions risks.

Archicad should allow live secondary dimensions out of the box.

it would be more advanced to allow predefined variables in the content of the dimension, e.g.

<MeasuredValue>¶<MeasuredValue_m> 

which would mean the default dimension, and in the new line the dimension in meters; 

of course, the catalog of acceptable predefined variables could be expanded in subsequent versions of Archicad
