It does work but doesn't always update automatically. (not even with
rebuild or rebuild from model) Turn of transparency and back on again.
Also make sure your glass is > 50% transparant
I’m not exactly sure what you’re trying to do, but I think you drew the
lower roof as a single roof. Select it and split it into separate roof
planes (right-click menu); that will make it easier to manipulate.
