Sorry bad wording on my part, they instructed me to have the box checked. It was previously unchecked. We haven't started using AC 29 yet but I've noticed that by default the box is checked. In AC 28 and older it seems like the box is unchecked by default.

I did manage to fix it by doing a wipe of all the libraries on our BIMcloud server. I had to remove every single library pack and then reupload them. I had previously tried updating every pack but that wouldn't fix it, it had to be deleted entirely then replaced.
