I have an iPad Air w/ Software 15.7.6 w/ 40MB available storage space. A BIMx file looks fragmented when I try to open it. This file works fine on another iPad. See image

There should be a feedback link in the menu.
Send the feedback directly to the guys dealing with BIMx.
They are usually pretty good at responding.

No, not the 3 dots here.
The 3 dots in the BIMx app on the iPad.
You can send feedback from the BIMx app.

Hi there,
I’m experiencing the same issue as svpribyl:
I’ve got have an iPad Air w/ Software 15.7.6 w/ 32MB available storage space.
Some times the 3D opens with fragmentation, and other times it opens but in 3D as it should, but just freezes.
The drawings linked to the model work fine, but any time you try go to 3D from the drawings, it’s all over - wheel of doom.

Hi,
Our developers have found the root of the issue, and we are planning to fix it with the next update. Please note that a device released in 2014 is not expected to perform very well with most of the applications. For professional usage and as a workaround until the fix is released, we recommend using a newer iPad model.
