SOLVED!

Where is the sign in for the BIMx Model Transfer site when viewed on a phone?

I'm trying to get our site staff set up to view all of our models but when using a phone, we can't find the sign in button.

On the Microsoft Surface Pro it shows up in the upper right corner

but on both Android and Apple phones it doesn't appear.

How can they sign in to see all of our models?

@Kelly at Kanvi Homes,

There are two icons in the top right corner. Tap the left one (right pointing arrow-like icon) and it will taked you to the signin page.

I suppose it displays an icon instead of the "Sing in" text because it saves space, something you need to do on mobile.

Hi @Kelly at Kanvi Homes

It appears to be an error in the website's programming to make it compatible with mobile devices. You can enter the following URL in your browser: https://id.graphisoft.com/en/user/login and then enter the bimx transfer site.

Thanks Laszlo, I thought that was an upload icon, but it works for login

I thought it was some kind of logout function because to me it looked like an exit door. 😀

I am glad I actually clicked it.

I agree with @Laszlo Nagy. The icon should be like the one on the graphisoft.com website.
