Hi all!
Elsewhere, I wrote about the successful publishing to Autodesk Construction Cloud. Yes, it all publishes, BUT!
The published DWGs cannot be viewed on ACC.
Instead of the whole DWG, only the bottom left corner is seen.
Did anyone else have the same issue? I have checked with some of the European users, and they never had this issue. Could this be a location/used cloud server issue? Our excellent local reseller/support @Medialogic Support is on the case, but they are as baffled as we are, and so is the local Autodesk support.
We have tried opening the DWGs in Autodesk DWGTrueView and converting it there, opening it in AutoCAD, saving it from there, and nothing changes.
Ideas? Solutions?

Since this is still an issue, and becoming a contractual one, please let's make sure that any future connectivity with ACC will address this.
The case is registered with Graphisoft as support ticket #243895
It is also with Autodesk for a long time, since June, with the Case #: 24353501
Not holding my breath, if the issue is geolocation in layouts.
While the IFC export works in ACC without flaws, there is no BIMx support (viewing within ACC) and this is an issue with the DWGs.
I am just wondering how some of the people that responded do not have the same issue, and some do?

If the solution below is not valid, should it be "un-resolved"?

I would think so... more a clunky workaround than a solution
