I am also learning how to export to Revit. My consultant has AutoCAD 2008 and 2009. I have ArchiCAD 9. What IFC format should I be using? 2X2 or 2X3 or something else?

Depending on how my time etc. works out over the next few months I may be writing something up on the subject. I'll keep y'all posted if and when anything develops.

Use 2x3 -- there is an add-on for AC9 available from the GS website if you don't already have it.
MacBook Pro Apple M2 Max, 96 GB of RAM
AC27 US (5003) on Mac OS Ventura 13.6.2
Started on AC4.0 in 91/92/93; full-time user since AC8.1 in 2004

Thanks for the advice, Laura. I will keep trying with 2X3. I've got the add-ons for both 2X2 and 2X3, but when I tried creating a 2X3 file, I got the following error:

"Error: EDM Error - code: 1178 - <No such Express schema in database.>"

Anyone know what this means?
