Missing List Schemes in 19

I am looking for conformation on this being my issue, or a bug. Over many years I have moved my "Property Data 65" with all my property objects, data base, and list schemes from the older library, to the newest one. I guess I have not needed to generate a material list in 19, but now that I need to, I am having to back save to 18 to run it. In 19, my property objects show up, but none of the schemes. If I load the older 18 library set-up, it's fine (except I am then missing all the converted objects, which need to be listed. But, the same set-up with the 19 library has the schemes missing. I tried taking the "List Templates 19" out to eliminate conflict (but, that's not an issue in 18), but no change. Anyone else have this experience?

thanks

I checked it and I have these folders in the ARCHICAD 19 Library, just like in previous versions. See attached image.

I have those too, and they show up. It's the prior one I developed that I use, and manually transfer to the new library, that don't show up. In past I have removed the new folder and replaced it. But, this round that doesn't seem to do the trick. thanks for looking
