I'm experiencing a rather irritating and possibly very stupid problem.
When I export a simple schedule of zone areas into XLSX format it saves ok.
When opened in Excel though every number that is not whole ("23,56" for example) is changed to only "23".
Can you format those cells in Excel to display them as Number with 2 decimal places? Maybe by default it displays them to zero decimal places.
When you select any cell you can see its value in the Formula Bar located under the Ribbon. That shows its true value. What you see displayed in the cells are a matter of cell formatting.

Are you using version 19 as well?
Check you have the latest update installed.
