I installed the MEP Modeler i set the profile to MEP, and i can see all the toolbars but when i try to start something it says chek if the MEP library was loaded.

Probably, you forgot to load this library and you should do it. This one stays in root ArchiCAD folder, near main ArchiCAD library.
