You're right... one solution can be to export your wall as IFC. Choose Exact Geometry Export (Precise BREP) as translator, then reimport it to your file and (if necessary) convert the object imported to morph. You'll be able to select its individual parts.

1 - Uncheck the "Merge Uniform Items" box in your schedule
2 - Open the Selection Settings for each morph, uncheck "Override surface" and change the material from water to the one you want.

It is not possible to show the individual skins of a composite wall.
With 'Partial Structure Display' you can show 'Entire Model' (Core, Other and Finish skins), 'Without Finishes' (Core and Other skins) or 'Core Only' (Core skins).
It is not possible to show just the finishes or other skins on their own.
Converting the walls to a morph defeats the purpose because they will no longer be walls and will make it very hard to manipulate your model.
So if you want to see the individual skins in 3D then you will have to model them as individual walls.
But that will also make it very hard to manipulate your model.

I don't understand.
How would another model help? - you will still have the same problem.

Well, there has core only, and 2 other options
