When I click the Help > Archicad Help menu command, it does not open the Archicad Help page of Help Center. Instead, it opens the following web page (Getting Started with BIMcloud Team Client 24):

https://help.graphisoft.com/AC/24/INT/BTCGS.pdf

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi Laci,

Thanks for the question! I noticed that a few days ago as well. Thought it was normal...

With the small number of AC24 versions installed on my computer, every language version works well except INT. Seems like only AC24 INT is affected by this. Does anyone with a localized version have this issue as well?

Best regards,
Minh

Dear All,

There is an ongoing issue with our redirect service, therefore it can happen that the wrong link opens if you click on Help from Archicad or BIMcloud.

We are aware of this issue and we try to fix it on our end as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and sorry for all the inconveniences it may causes to you.

Kind regards,

My INT version opens this, which seems to be the correct Help website:

I noticed another Issue though. I haven't been prompted for an Archicad update for a while, so I used the Check for Updates menu link, which ported my Edge Chromium to a wrong location:

Interestingly, my Archicad version now correctly opens the Archicad Help Center page for Archicad 24. The Check for Updates link also takes me to the correct web page.

The Check for Updates link works here as well, but it opens up two web-browser (Edge Chromium) tabs. The first one http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/update.html?gstype=support&gssubtype=archicad&gslang=INT&gsversion=24&_submitted=1&version=24&lang=INT&build=4000&platform=Win64&type=FULL&mode=FULL&install=853C5773-F32C-C725-3CF3-3578533FC352&acid=122978816&library=1590569172&libid=388016191&libbuild=30000006&auto=0&package=0&frequency=7&WKSN=2-2939396&WKT=Single&KEYTYPE=CM&gsdummy=5 doesn't display as it should, it has some basic HTML website content. The second one https://update.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/revitinout.html?gstype=support&gssubtype=revitinout&gslang=INT&gsversion=24&lang=INT&version=24&build=100&platform=Win64&auto=0&gsdummy=5 is displayed as it should. I probably got both of those opened with my previous post here, but didn't see the first one.

I don't have a second web browser installed to check how it works elsewhere.
