No more Read from... when linking several drawings to folder

What happened to the "Read from..." when linking several autocad drawings to a folder. This option does not exist anymore in archicad 17?!

In the drawings manager, we used to select several autocad drawings placed on different layouts, right click we had the option of read from, now we have to link each file by itself one by one...

Please help...

Are you not seeing this icon of the link+folder in the upper left hand corner?

I don't have DWG's selected so maybe it is a specific problem to that, but otherwise it still seems to work.

This icon is not showing, at least in the international version I have.
This is becoming really annoying.

It looks ok here (AC 17 INT).

Nope it should have the yellow folder icon, you have the same issue.

I think it was because I had only one dwg file linked. If there are more selected, that icon changes.

Yes, you need to have more than one drawings selected with an external source (like a PDF or DWG file). Then you can specify a folder for all of them to be read from. If you have only one item selected, you can simply select the source file, no need to select a folder.
I tried it in my AC17 copy and I have the folder icon when more than one such file is selected.

The examples you have showed are for solo projects.
The problem I am facing is in the teamwork projects, even if I have reserved all of the project the folder icon does not show, on the contrary the read from icon becomes grey when I select several linked files in the drawings manager.

I can confirm that for teamwork projects the Folder does not appear to link either PDFs or DWGs you have to go one by one.

Then this is something I will need to report to Graphisoft. Will do so.
