Bug? Dragging section marker

yet another pain in the butt bug when i try to drag a section marker.

select the marker, if another tool like stretch is active, when i switch to the drag tool, the marker jumps to the left away from the curser. then i need to release it in order to grab the marker and move it. it doesn't do it all the time, just often enough to drive me nuts.

unrelated but another total pain, is that after i place a label, AC will at random, decide that i now want the text tool. so i need to select the label tool again. it may actually be the other way around. i'm so used to the bugs that they just blur.

It looks like when you switch to the Drag command in the Pet Palette, the starting point of the Drag operation will be at the point near the Drag command button where your cursor is no longer above the Pet Palette. Curious behavior indeed. I will report it to GS HQ.
