Does anyone know if there is a fix for this issue?
I've gone over a lot of settings, but can't seem to find one that fixes it.
If I have images with an alpha channel, they render just fine in front of surfaces without transparancy, but in front of glass they get white edges/borders.
It's not the end of the world, but I would like to get rid of it, if possible.

@Erwin Edel the white on the glass looks to be more of an attempt at reflection rather than white borders. Perhaps a new glass with a lower reflectance value might improve the image?

I've tried all the different 'normal' glass surfaces from the catalogue and different type of alpha channel transparancy images. They all give a similar result.

Small update. It does seem to be issue where the surface behind the glass is rendered without shadows, reflection etc
A few quick tests I did:
no walls behind the glass, no problem
a white wall with ceiling for shadow, you get the white spots again
I made the wall blue, now the spots are blue

Random suggestion of the day: I assume you are just using sunlight, what happens if you add a general light within the room still with the sunlight?

With some generic interior light and sun:
Without sun and only that generic light:
So sunlight does seem part of the problem.
