Custom Titles Resizing

I've made a really simple title to use on interior elevations using only a drawn line and two text boxes (with autotext.) When used as a title, the text is resized (made larger.)

I created the title by selecting the text boxes and the line (in the grey box) and going to File/Libraries and Objects/Save Selection as/Drawing Title.


Any idea what the issue is? In a similar title with a circle, the circle gets distorted in shape.

Any solution to your issues Jere? I am facing the same problem with my main drawing title and cant seem to find similar issues or solutions.
