Drawing Selection Settings Title Text Style

Using AC 23 and in the latest update the Title Text Style in Drawing Selection Settings (Layouts) is no longer editable. Is there some sort of added over-ride somewhere? I make the change to font size and nothing changes. (Been editing the label in this window since we lost Plotmaker, so what changed in the latest update?)

Ack. I found it. Buried under multiple tabs. I do not see why they ever waste time changing things that work fine.
