Font Error When Printing from Archicad

Hi, new on site.

Have a bit of a problem. When I print from layout book or publisher from Archicad 10, my 'Arial Narrow' font changes to squares. But if you save it as a PDF it is fine

I have tried New & Reset All, aswell as deleting my prf and cache files, but still I have the problem.

If anyone out there has a solution, please let me know....
