How to change - Feet and inch scale format/display in layout title

I am looking for a way to change how the scale is represented in layout, when using feet and inches.


The way it` looks like now 3/4" 1'-0"
The way my boss would like it to look like is 3/4" = 1'-0" or 3/4" to 1'-0

I am struggling to find how to change this.
Please let me know if there is a way. Cheers,

Layout Title?
Could you show a screenshot of where this is?
Is this displayed in the Title of the Drawing placed on the Layout?
Or is it an Autotext displayed in a Text Block placed on the Layout?
