How to switch all the elements' color to be black

The existing, to be dismantled, new things could be displayed in different color by choosing the renovation filter.

However there are many things with default color, such as green color for the object, violet color for the stairs, etc. So it will be hard to view the renovation status.

Is there easy way to switch all the elements' color to be black?

Search the Help files for "Pen Sets".
You just basically need to create a new Pen Set and apply that.
