Is it possible to hide the downstairs so that the downstairs opening line appears?

I merged it with the lower layer in the layout.
Then it is covered by the upper layer and the lower layer opening line is covered.
Is there a way to make it look like the picture below?

In other words, I want the upper layer to be like a wire frame.

As in you have two Views on top of each other? You could create a new View of your upper layer using a Graphic Override that makes your fills transparent.
