I accidently placed a sheet in the base file, it's ghost out, how do I get rid of it? Please see attached.

It looks like you might have activated Trace & Reference.
Open the T&R palette and you can turn the trace off with the top left button.

ALT+F2 is the keyboard shortcut on Windows.

I have split this new topic from the previous topic and gave the topic a new name. It is adviseable to have a separate topic for each separate question, that way it is later more useful for people looking for answers and searching the forum.
By the way, I agree with Barry, it is most probably the Trace Reference showing.
