NCS Drawing Title 23 - Circle Radius

I read previous posts about the code for NCS Drawing Title 23 and NCS Drawing Title 2 23 being broke.
I need to adjust the circle diameter, which I believe was in the Title tab.
This option is no longer available?

Can someone repost the link to NCS Drawing Title 22.lcf and explain how I load the .lcf file into archicad?

I hope Graphisoft address this in an upcoming version.

This is apparently only available by editing a hotspot now. See attached.
