NON PRINTING DIMENSIONS

When I print/plot with "print" and "marque" in menu, the print has no dimensions on paper. In layouts its obviously ok...
Where is the reason?

Thanx!

He has another profile which is old:

Recently he forgot his password so he created this LeonardK profile.
He made some posts, then he contacted me.

We reinstated his old profile and deleted his new. So now it looks like this is a phantom user because he has no profile.
