Which is the best location to add notes. Sheet layout is very fast but I am concerned things might "slide" around causing errors later.
Model view causes you take make a new layer...
what is everyone doing???
thanks!

We generally do our notes in Model view, with a separate text/dimension layer for each drawing type e.g setout, finishes, ceilings etc.
Very rarely we use the notes in sheet layout but this is usually as a quick fix when it will take much more effort in the Model view.

Annotations should be done entirely in the views. While it can be tempting to do some last minute notes on the layout it is poor practice, and it is so easy to right click and "Open source view" that there is no reason for it.

Yea... probably a bad question. I remember this debate years ago in ACAD Hell!
