When publishing a set, it shows you the size of each individual sheet as it publishes to one file. Any way of keeping that dialogue box's content so I can publish so many pages to total under 10mb?

Or do I have to buy a specialized PDF program to divide up later?

Or can you do this natively on a Mac? I read somewhere that you can edit a PDF on a Mac.

I don't think there is such a possibility.
I would publish it once and from the published sizes calculate which sheets can go together to make up 10 MB, then would select and publish only those selected items.

Thanks Laszlo, Do I have to create a separate publisher set for pages 1-10, 11-20, etc? Tried subfolders and selected the folder to publish "selected items" but that didn't work, am I doing something wrong or not possible this way?

Got it, 4 Separate folders, publish as "selected items", no sub-folders in set.
