Pre-canned entries in pop-up fields in Zones

Anyone can point me to where I have to go to edit and/or add values to these pop-up menus, in order to customize Zone settings for the needs of each project?

Amazing, @CosminF , many thanks. I read Laszlo Nagy's explanation and have now successfully created a new Zone stamp and associated macro, with all my custom values.
