Problem with PDF: White lines inside Solid fill

As you can see there are white lines inside solid fills. It is not appearing in print, but it is important to see a clean pdf. Thank you!

I believe this is related to a setting in your pdf viewer. Is this Acrobat....?

Foxit. But I also tried in Acrobat and nothing has changed..

Thank you! But it is definitely not a proper solution.  Turning off 'Smooth line art'  increases aliasing as they said.
