Sheet index - how to create sub headers dividing different sheets?  Please see the attached sheet index and example of what I want it to look like.  Thank you

To achieve this:

You'll need to Create Subsets in your Layout Book:

•

Sort the Index by:

and turn on:

Take into account that in some cases it will be easier to create multiple Indexes instead of trying to get one that is perfect.

One option is to create a new property to Layout Info Scheme in Book Settings, eg. "Drawing Type":

Then you can set the drawing type in layouts' settings:

Then it's possible to display the custom layout property in the sheet index and group the items by this value:

Hi !

 

You should place those sheets in folders in the layouts view.

I know that the screenshots are in polish, but you will get the idea.
