In the 3D view, what is the reason for the phenomenon that is visible only on the 27th floor but not on other floors?

How should I handle the small lines that appear when switching to 3D Document?

It could be because surfaces are not aligned perfectly (although they seem to be OK).

Maybe the surface materials are different?

Or possibly there are duplicate elements in the same location.

So, in the 3D Document, only the bottom of the column has a problem.
