Titles Disappearing in PM 3.1

I find I have a bunch of titles that aren't fitting on the page, and when I try to move them so that they do, they are disappearing, apparently behind the drawings. Logic would indicate that "send to front" ought to fix this, but it doesn't, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them out in front where they're actually visible. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried creating a polygonal drawing frame? Try clipping a corner or some blank area of one of you full sized drawings so that maybe the title can show through...just an idea.
