Turn off Index Title/Field Headings?

This should be easy, yet I can't find the setting.

In my pre-AC27 template I had a very simple Project Index for Layouts.

It only listed: Layout ID & Layout Name. No index title or field headings appeared.

Setting up a new index in AC27 and I can't seem to turn them off (red text in attached image).

What am I missing?

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sonoma 14.5

It’s hidden in the little cog button just above the horizontal ruler.
