Unable to change file names in publisher sets

In TW2 when a new layout is added and it automatically shows up in publisher sets created as shortcuts the file gets the layout number and name.

How do I remove the name in the in the publisher set when I only want the number? For example a set of PDFs should only have the drawing number in the name.

I think this question is not TW-related, it works the same way whether it is shared or not.
Can 't you play with the numbering of the Layouts to achieve the desired effect, then the files in the Publisher Sets would inherit those settings?
If I misunderstood your question, a screenshot would be helpful.
