Unable to change the size of the dimension line's arrows.

Attached are two screenshots showing the dimension line and its settings. It is not on a locked layer; I can change properties such as lineweight but I cannot change the size (or type) of the arrows. Kindly advise.

The arrow is set under "Marker Type" in your screen shot and the size by "Marker Size" in the settings below...
