zoom in Layouts

Is there a way to automatically zoom to the extents of a the paper size in a layout? Similar to how one can set the zoom in a view in the view map?

I guess I should have said is there a way to set the layout so that it automatically zoom to extents every time you click on it, similar to the "zooming" section in the settings for a view in the view map
