Why is the default value of WALL_FLIPPED 1?
Created walls from left to right.
No value was specified.
But why is the value of WALL_FLIPPED 1?
information about the flipped state of the current wall
0 - default wall position, 1 - wall is flipped on reference line

I am not sure there is a 'default' that you can rely on.
I just opened a new file (my template) and drew a wall left to right.
Reference line was on the bottom.
I drew another wall left to right but this time I flipped the wall so reference line was on the top.
I did not save the plan and closed it.
I opened my template and drew a new wall from left to right.
Reference line was on the bottom as before.
I drew another wall left to right but flipped it again so reference line was on the top.
This time I saved the file and closed it.
I re-opened the file again and drew a new wall from left to right.
This time the the reference line was on the top, the same as the last wall before I saved.
So it seems to remember what you last drew when the file is saved.
So there is no default, at least not one you can rely on.
As there is no reset button.

It all depends on if you have flipped the wall on the reference line.
You can draw the wall from left to right, and while you are drawing it you can flip it so the wall is on the side of the reference line that you want it to be.
I am not sure which way is 'default' as Archicad remembers the way you drew it last time.
If you are trying to do something with windows, I would not rely on this value as you have no control how the user will draw the wall.
Left to right not flipped will draw exactly the same wall as right to left flipped.
They will look the same, but the flipped value will be different.

The question I asked was when I first drew the wall
The question is whether it is correct that the value of wall_flipped is 1.
In my opinion, when I drew a line, it was 0, and after drawing, I thought that I had to press flip to go to 1.
I am asking because I am thinking wrongly.

Thank you. That's a result I didn't think of.
I thought there was an absolute value...
yes thank you Always appreciate ArchiCAD with your advice.
