How do I get rid of this reminder of the cluelessness of the leadership of this company?
AC26 AUS. I want to quit, I need to shut down, the last thing I need is the process stopped for some marketing research.

I think a more interesting ratio is the views to voters. That tells you a lot more about the indifference of users around here. Graphisoft should be grateful that the vociferous few even bother trying to engage with them to improve their product. If you're paid 9-5 on a good salary do you really care how good or bad the software is? Unless of course it has become an unstable chaotic mess in which case you might encourage your boss to use what your friend is using.

How helpful are these surveys, I mean actually helpful? with hard hitting questions like "on a scale of 1-10 do you like us?", do you get actual feedback on ways to improve? or just fishing for some kind of reassurance that you still have a significant fan boy crowd?
This whole thread is littered with cynicism, and I'm not one to shy away from that...
As others have said, there is more than adequate feedback on ways to improve the software; but more importantly, I want to see the community restored to what it was. I'm not talking about the forum; because the community used to be so much more than that.
We used to have direct access to local tech support, concern for issues and bugs from bottom to top, colleagues that would openly express our favorite features and biggest hurdles. Now it seems like we just have complaints and issues that go ignored and unanswered, few or no actual events, gatherings, and groups... The software just isn't inspiring the camaraderie any longer. It's just a tool; it used to be so much more

The survey is back?
Just got it on exit. It references Archicad 28, but I´m using 29 😅
I thought this wasn´t a thing anymore.

If only there were some effecient and ready-made convenient way through which Graphisoft could easily and readily gather user feedback,.....like saaay..........some kind of .........Forum.....where,....ARCHI-tectural users.......um...... TALK .....and stuff.....
Some would even say,........a .....Community,.....of sorts.....
You know...
Some kind of place were there could even be some sort of back-and-forth, and a give-and-take, with a bidirectional dual feedback type of situation so that the information they were receiving wasn't just dead information and empty numbers and data, but rather information they could actually make sense of in realtime, that could straightaway apply towards their development efforts - with instant results showing whether the feedback and the back-and-forth inquiries were actually working.
Rather than maybe spending (....wasting?...) precious development efforts and resources working on stuff behind the scenes and not knowing from aforementioned commmunity whether you're efforts were actually bearing worthwhile fruit before trying to get feedback....AFTER the fact.....and then perhaps subjecting them to mindless and soulless surveys whose results probably might not even get looked at by human eyes, and will instead end up getting crunched by some AI algorithm to produce a neat tidy little formula for them to react to, rather then real live information that means actually something, and to which they could comprehensively work around.
{**sigh**}
It's just too bad that such a magical fantastical place, and thing doesn't exist .....at all,........and we can't have that kind of high-level communication.
Oh well,......
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know that your comment is meant to be ironic. However, my comment is bitterly realistic: there is a single community whose opinion Graphisoft/Nemetschek really cares about. It is the annual shareholders' meeting.

The Survey appears from time to time when the Graphisoft Product Team is seeking feedback from users.
It will only appear a maximum of three times. If you cancel it all three separate times, it will no longer appear.
