Label and Favourites Default Settings

Since I installed the last hotfix my labels are defaulting to Simple Geometry Setting and the favourites have defaulted to turn off Filter to Active Tool.

Even after changing these settings they default back once opening another file.

How can I make these settings stick across all files?

These settings are file-specific so they will be stored in the individual files, as opposed to the settings set in the Work Environment Dialog, which  contains users-specific settings that stay the same regardless of what file you open.

So, the thing to do is to set these settings in the template file you are using, and every project started from that Template will have the desired settings.

In the case of existing project files, I am afraid you will have to change the settings in each file, one by one.
